Psychology and Allied Health Support and Training Centre (PsychSAT), Australian Business Number 88 672 537 950, complies with Australian Consumer Law and as such instate the following terms and conditions for use of the website and the sale of it’s products and services:
- By using this site, you indicate that you have read the Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them at all times;
- The content of all materials, including copyright and all other intellectual property rights contained therein, remain the property of Psychology and Allied Health Support and Training Centre. You may not reproduce any part of the materials without the prior written consent of Psychology and Allied Health Support and Training Centre;
- In order to purchase any of the products or services on-line you must register for an account with us via the website. If you already have an account with us you can log into your account using your user name and password;
- When you create and account, you are solely responsible for your account and the security and privacy of your account;
- Where a subscription is purchased, payments will be processed on DAY of Month. To opt out or cancel a subscription at any time, please contact CONTACT in writing giving 30 days notice;
- Payments can be made using PayPal, Visa or Mastercard payments and the terms and conditions of these websites apply. When you provide your payment information, you authorise our access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing us with your payment information, you authorise us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument.
- Materials, content and prices are subject to change;
- As products are a downloadable item, a refund on these items are not available once the download has been made;
- All products include Goods and Services Tax as per the Goods and Services Tax Act 1999;
- Materials are provided for educational purposes only, you should take time to ensure all materials are suitable for your profession and refer to your regulatory body wherever appropriate;
- Supervision is subject to availability, where a suitable time can not be made a refund will be provided;
- Where the Australian Consumer Law, Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, applies and cannot be excluded, these Terms and Conditions will not limit your legal rights and remedies under that legislation. These Terms and will read subject to the mandatory provisions of that legislation.
